Tracey Johnson

Tracey is The Trace's people operations manager, instrumental to improving team communications, workflow, and creating an engaging and supportive environment for all Trace employees. Her experience includes human resource work at the McDonald’s Corporation, Canadian National Railroad, DuPage Medical Group, as well as Chicago's mayoral office and the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Tracey holds a B.A. in business administration, with a concentration in human resource management, from DePaul University.
