Tanya L. Zakrison

Tanya L. Zakrison is a professor of surgery and trauma surgeon at the University of Chicago’s Level I Trauma Center, where she is the director of critical trauma research. She has been active and publishing in areas of trauma and social justice for many years now with a focus on structural violence and trauma.
