Ava Sasani

Ava is the inaugural staffer for our Gun Violence Data Hub. She worked part-time at The Boston Globe during her senior year of college and, as an intern at The Wall Street Journal, she contributed to an investigative series exposing corruption in the federal court system. During a fellowship at The New York Times she created and helped manage their abortion law tracker and wrote about the shooting victim Tyre Nichols. More recently she’s been freelancing for The Guardian.
